Bad UI Design

I have just uploaded the most recent iteration of the project and called it CustomCivHelperBadUI. I uploaded it because while I believe that the UI for this iteration is confusing to navigate there is a lot of functionality there while I work on updating for a cleaner UI as well as making the project code overall cleaner.
