Saving has been overhauled.

You can now create the localisation SQL file for your civ

The save for Localisation is under the CivInfo tab

You can now in a very limited fashion create a unique ability for you civ and save it as an SQL

The generation for the SQL of the Civ Config file is now 95% complete and contains everything that it need to function.
